Philosophy of the Home
The ethos of the management and staff team at Hillcrest is to provide a high quality needs led service at all times. We achieve this by providing a safe and comfortable home in which the residents are encouraged to be themselves as much as possible. We have a holistic view of the individual and work in empowering each resident to have choice and control in their day-to-day lives. It is through this approach that an individual support/care plan is drawn up to build on the persons existing strengths in becoming as independent as possible. The well being, safety and fulfilment of each resident is of paramount importance.
We have a culture of learning and development and are committed to equality of opportunities whilst respecting each individual’s uniqueness, diversity, and human rights.
