Other staff at Hillcrest

We have a variety of staff that fulfil senior posts, support workers posts and waking night staff. The individual qualifications of each staff member vary and are available on application to Hillcrest. It is the policy of the company that all staff will hold or train for qualifications in food hygiene, first aid, health and safety, fire safety, safeguarding adults, mental capacity act, deprivation of liberties, equality and diversity, autism/TEACCH awareness and positive physical intervention. In addition, qualifications within social care at levels 2 to 5 are offered and supported, depending on job role. The Hillcrest approach to staffing issues ensues that it has an enviable staff turnover and absentee record thus ensuring greater degrees of consistency and continuity of support which is vital when supporting adults with autism.
